Just a few days back someone raised alarm on how Abuja to Gombe which takes 9hours cost 4k thereabouts why Abuja to owerri or so that takes 5-6hours cost 13500. Very unfortunate. But what I don't understand is, are those papers being demanded by police, custom, local government or touts? The man failed to mention the type of vehicle he drives, probably truck, trailer, bus or car. Cos I know people travel everyday and weren't disturbed.
