Here is it. I have a Land 120 by 50ft which is close to a major road and the same road has a university on it like 15mins walk from the school to the land. so, I'm in between building a Hotel or Hostel? I need reasonable advice on how to utilize the land for future returns.

Football Stadium will be better.









On a serious note, Hostel/lodge will give you maximum returns.

If you build about 10 single rooms, you will get about 600k+ yearly. That's if the university is a northern uni.

But if it is in the south/west/east

My brother, yearly take home will be around 800k+
