I’m considering this business next year.

I’ll like to learn from experts in this line of business to educate me more on it.

What I would like to know:

- How lucrative is this business anywhere else outside Lagos? Especially in places like Ogun state(Abeokuta , Ota) ?
- Which apartment size(s) is/are in high demand?
-How do you source for continuous flow of guests, if you are not willing to display any signboard in front of the house? Since the house will still have other regular tenants. I’m aware of AirBnb and and some adverts here on nairaland.
-what are strategies to maximizing profits?
-To what extent would personal preference like “NO SMOKING “, “ SINGLES AND ONLY MARRIED COUPLES”, “NO PARTY ALLOWED” affect patronage?
-Aside from having cctv cameras in strategic areas, what other cost effective strategies can one put in place as security measures?
-What are the other things one should know/do when starting?

You know I mentioned I have like 5 flats of 1 em and parlor I’m working on. This is exactly what I intend to do with it.. I don’t want to do tenancy business. I like the apartment hustle. It pays better . You just need to have some entertainment set up within the premises oh and have other stuffs like swimming pool if u have space ..small restaurant … things that will bring them first (awareness)
