Who do most CMDs of 90% teaching hospitals in Nigeria always have such treatment whenever they're about to leave office.

This one became a CMD of a teaching hospital and automatically acted as Herod...we may all think our political leaders are terrible, but it's becoming obvious that majority of individuals in the country who criticize them, will be worse than the politicians we complain of should they be given a chance to lead the country.

That's a perfect way to conduct a sendforth party for power drunk individuals who feel they have become Lords and Kings just because they were chosen to lead. Many of them are worse than the political leaders we complain about. Even as heads of families, some family members will give them worse treatment if given a chance.

It takes someone that knows Nigeria Civil Service/Servants thoroughly to understand that "often", he who the civil servants likes is actually the BAD person and the one they hate is the GOOD.

So, I'm always not quick to judge when civil servants criticise their superiors.

Abnormality, mediocrity and corruption is the norm in all the tiers of the Nigerian Civil Service. Trying to be normal will make you abnormal and attract hatred (in some instances you may loose your life).

If you or your parents work(ed) in the Nigerian Civil Service, then you've no point criticising corruption in government, cause corruption is staring at you in the mirror.

Some months back the casual staff protestd 36 months of no salary, the whole hospital was littered with dirties that even visitors can be infested with the bad smell, and I was wondering how the CMD sleep and wake up with rest of mind
