Clickafix Academy, a technical and vocational training program based in Asaba, Delta state, recently celebrated the graduation of its most recent batch of young graduates.

The aim of this technical and vocational training program is to prepare and equip the youths with the necessary skills to enhance the desired workforce that will serve as a driving force for personal and national growth. Technical and vocational education is critical to national development, particularly in terms of generating employment, creating work opportunities, and lowering the societal dropout rate and Clickafix Academy rose to the challenge and aims to fill this gap.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Arun Goswami, founder, and director of Clickafix, congratulated the 316 successful graduates and reiterated the academy’s vision. To empower the Nigerian youth by providing skills that would allow them to become positive contributors to the Nigerian economy.


Mr. Arun also encouraged the graduates to take up the challenge of getting jobs by taking advantage of the Clickafix Handyman app, Clickafix Handyman: Reach more Customers. The app serves as a marketplace to connect artisans with hundreds of customers who are looking for reliable home services and repairs near them.


He added that the graduates must download, register and ensure that they are available on the Handyman app so that the customers who are using the Clickafix customer app, Clickafix: Home Services and Repairs, can easily assign jobs to them.



Others who attended the event were encouraged to download the Clickafix app and do business with the trained handyman.

In all, the graduation ceremony was a success with the graduates excited and ready to bring to bear the skills acquired and to become positive contributors to Nigeria’s economy.

Some of the dignitaries at the event were Dr. Kingsley Emu – Chief Economic Advisers to the Governor of Delta State, Engr Ikem Smart- Executive Secretary Delta Vocational & Educational Board, Mr. Osaro Abusomwan, and Mr. Pawan Bhandari, directors at Clickafix Academy, to mention a few.
