There is no Naija state without issues. This thread is about real estate development in Enugu and potable water, which is critical for quality living, is not available in the city. Is this too hard for you to understand?

Flooding of Lagos should have prevented Lekki project na. No water is wahala, too much water is wahala but non of them will stop any estate project

counter it with fact the new Enugu city is over 2,667 hectares while Canaan land is 2000 hectares. Do you want to argue just for argument. The New Enugu city Estate is current largest estate housing project in Africa .

I am very sure in your state , you have never seen pipe borne water. In Enugu even though the lithogy is not favourable to site borehole our water board cooperation still supplies us with well treated pipe borne water

I think i’ll keep the champagne on ice until such a time as i start seeing something on ground that matches the ‘largest in Africa’ tag!

The centenary city that was launched a decade ago, with a very snazzy 3D rendering, has not even gone 10% of what was promised in the video.....and i noticed they’re departing from the exacting world-class standards expected!

Also, what of Enyimba Economic City that’s still on the drawing board?

Had it been this was being done under a Governor like Umahi, i may have said there’s a fighting chance the project might be realised as promised! But under Ugwuanyi!?.....Forget it!

few years past, Yoruba people were mocking ebonyi state with respect oyedapo's to Canaan land estate ota about roughly 2000 hectares of Land. Today we are celebrating the same fit in New Enugu city Estate. Development is gradual process, centenary is still developing . Golf estate Enugu is same size with centenary is fully developed . Right now the price of one plot in annex 1 and 2 are even beyond the reach of the poor. We are getting there.

Enugu Lifestyle and Golf city is 100% bought up. Largest here is strictly about to landmass
