Below are cases resolved by the officers of the Civil Defence, Egbado North, Ogun State.

1 .BREACH OF LOAN AGREEMENT
On 6th Dec.2021 at exactly 1205hrs, a case of Breach of Loan agreement was reported by Mr. Taofeek Akinola residing at Oke-rori, Ayetoro. The applicant explained how he had given one Mr. Rasheed Akinola a soft loan of #65,000 since April 2020 but refused to pay the remaining balance of #40000, having paid 25,000# last year October, 2020.
He said all efforts being made for him to collect the remaining money from the alleged man proved abortive, hence the need to report the case to us.
ACTION TAKEN:
The PCM unit invited the alleged man, Mr Rasheed Ojelade via a phone call on the matter.
He agreed to the allegations of collecting the said amount. He also confirmed of paying the said amount (25,000#).
He said he was unable to paid the remaining balance up till now, due to his financial problem.
He however, pleaded to the Creditor, to please give him till Jan and Feb, 2022. When he shall paid the remaining balance on two installment.
The matter was mediated upon between the two parties. The applicant agreed to the time of payment. The matter was peacefully settled.

2.BREACH OF TENANCY AGREEMENT.
On 7th Dec. 2021 at exactly 1030hrs, there was a report of Breach of Tenancy agreement in our office between Evang. Fakorede James ( Landlord) residing at Joga Quarter, Ayetoro and Mr. Ismail Oje, of Kikelomo, Area, Ayetoro.
The applicant explained how his alleged tenant had put the shop he rented from him under lock and key for the past four years and has refused to pay for the shop since then. He explained that all efforts made by him to make the alleged tenant open the shop and pack out proved abortive.
He explained further that the outstanding rent on the shop has amouted to #720000 for the four years. The applicant wanted the alleged tenant paid his debt and pack out from the shop.
ACTION TAKEN:
The PCM unit, invited the alleged tenant on the matter. He agreed to the two allegations. He said he was unable to use the shop for the sometime now, due to some personal reasons.
He however, pleaded to the Landlord to give him till the end of the month to pack out of the shop. He also pleaded the landlord to let go half of the outstanding. The matter was mediated upon between the two parties. The Landlord accepted the plea. The tenant also pleaded to pay the money by March ending 2022.
The matter was settled amicably as the landlord accepted the time of payment.

3. BREACH OF AGREEMENT.
On 8th Dec. 2021 at exactly 1915hrs, a case of Breach of Agreement was reported in our office by one Mrs Adeleye Awawu residing at Oke-rori, Ayetoro. The woman reported how she had given a contract if Allumiliun window glass work to one Mr. Mishood Oyewole since February this year but didn't do the work up till date. The woman said she had paid the agreed amount but still the work was not done. She explained that all her efforts for the man to do the work proved fruitless.
ACTION TAKEN:
The PCM unit, invited the alleged man, Mr. Mishood Oyewole over the matter. He agreed to the allegations but explained that he was unable to complete the work due to increase in price of the materials.
He however, pleaded that the woman gives him till January 25th, 2022, when he would finished the work and deliver.
The matter was mediated upon between the two parties. The applicant accepted the time of delivery. The matter was amicably settled.

4. STEALING OF MOTOR CYCLE BODY PARTS.
On the 7th Dec. 2021 at exactly 1145hrs, a case of stealing of Bajaj body parts was reported in our office by one Mr. Adesinan Babarinde, a staff of Comprehensive High School Ayetoro. The Applicant explained how he had been on look out for some parts of his Bajaj motorcycle given to mechanic to repair. Sometime ago, the mechanic reported that his shop was forced opened and parts of the Bajaj motorcycle was carted away. However, on this faithful day, the man, Mr. Rasheed Akinola, who stole the motorcycle parts was apprehended when he was repairing his own Bajaj motorcycle and the stolen parts were found in his Bajaj motorcycle.
ACTION TAKEN:
The matter was investigated by the PCM Officers. With the help of some witnesses and the man who sold the okada to Mr. Rasheed Akinola, Mr. Segun Salami, it was gathered that, the alleged man truly stole the bike parts.
The alleged man was cross examined, after much interrogation with the help of our Intelligence officers, the alleged man, truly confessed to the allegations of stealing the bike parts.
Some of the items stoles from Mr. Adesinan bike were,: Absorbers, back Tyre, and the complete hub.
The alleged man pleaded quilty and begged for forgiveness.
The matter was mediated upon between the two parties. The applicant forgave the alleged man. The items stolen was returned back to the rightful owner, Mr. Adesinan Babarinde.
The matter was peacefully settled.

L grin L how are they professional? none of the cases you mentioned was truly settled, it is always 'please give me till so and so', 'I'll pay for so and so', only the last guy's case was settled and the criminal was allowed to walk free.

The question was not definitive. The question says, are they more professional? You have given your verdict, they are not (according to you).
