Hello everyone,
Compliment of the season. Let me share this great business tips with you today. Hope it helps somebody to do the needful. The truth is the business world not a rosy one. Let us learn to encourage one another to forge ahead and overcome all business challenges that may arise.

If you are like me, you have set your sights on accomplishing some pretty hefty goals this year.

And, to help you get what you want (while having fun doing it), here are 5 things to help you stay on track so you can "crush" 2022:

1- DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT
Visualize what you want your life to be like (in 1 year, in 5 years, or in 10 years)- and then work backwards from there.

We often just start off on a journey with no end result in mind- which means we will never get there.

This may be the most difficult thing you will do this week really sit with yourself and decide what you want.

No more creating more jobs for yourself. Life is too short to be spent doing things you dislike. Do it now!

2. SET EXCITING GOALS
Set goals that excite you- things you can VISUALIZE for yourself, with a real purpose behind them (most people quit not because the goals aren't too hard, but they're too boring.

3- ASK WHO, NOT HOW
We are taught throughout our entire lives to figure out "how" we are going to get something done.

I want to challenge you to shift that- and when you have great ideas, goals, and more- ask FIRST "who can help me accomplish this?" instead of "how am I ever going to do this?".

​4- TAKE YOUR TIME​
Just like you are not going to shed 20 pounds by eating a single salad, you are not going to meet (or exceed) your goals in a matter of days, weeks, or maybe even months.

Be OK with the process and the journey. And realize that each day you are moving forward is another day closer to getting the results you want.

​5- BE CONSISTENT
Even when you aren't feeling it.
Even when you just want to sleep in.
Even when something didn't go the way you wanted it to. Show up everyday. I can't wait to see you do great things this year.

Never Quit.
The old saying, "quitters never wins and winners never quits." This is true, a person who gives up easily will not have the courage to finish any task. May I say that winners are not those who never fail but those who never quit.

Before you quit remember, reasons why you get started. Failure is the opposite of success or success turned upside down. All you need to do is to turn it to success instead of failure.

What to do if you fail, try another approach to get it done. Thomas Edison made 1000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb. Lol, infact, Thomas is a star.
