Check out Xiaomi Poco x3 pro (6gb ram 128gb storage with snapdragon 860 processor)
Currently selling for 140k in jumia official Xiaomi store.
Arguably among the top 5 cheapest best performing device
It isn't the finest phone out there in terms of beauty,but if u value performance more,then this phone is for u. It's a beast when it comes to performance

Buy Samsung galaxy A32. The rest android na rubbish. That Nokia is also a good buy but the Samsung is the best.
