Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Vacancy

Cityworks Real Estate Solutions is a real estate development company based in Nigeria and we seek an experienced marketing professional with particular knowledge of the construction/Real Estate industry to join our team

Job description

As head of the marketing department, the CMO oversees all communications, public relations and promotional activities to support the brand and marketing strategy of the organization.
This includes design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads and direct response. Plus radio and television spots needed for broadcast campaigns.
In line with the need to keep the brand in front of the target audience, the CMO shall manage press relations, speaking engagements, special events and community outreach activities.
Website maintenance, social media participation and trade show exhibitions represent additional tasks to be supervised by the CMO.

Other Duties:
The CMO supervises a team of marketing and sales professionals and serves as an internal consultant to any business unit within the corporation.
The CMO should stay informed about marketing trends and monitor industry changes to ensure our company remains competitiveness.

Required Qualification
We seek a candidate with a strong marketing acumen as demonstrated by their education and experience in marketing and sales
Should have a B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related field. Having a Master’s in Marketing or an MBA gives applicants an edge.
Minimum of three to five years of marketing experience especially in the real estate industry
