I placed a withdrawal yesterday from my bet365 account to my Sterling bank dormicillary account.

I have already utilized the 1 free withdrawal within 28 days.

When I placed a withdrawal of 191.87 after charges of 9$ was deducted.

Unfortunately ,I received 171.87 in my Sterling dormicillary account.
Please guys assist me in this what would have been the major issue because I have contacted my bank and bet365 they claim they sent full amount.

Please assist or do I need to chat my bank or what cos I don't want such to repeat itself again.

Any experience nairalander shot provide relevant information on this pls.

bro, the bet company deducted 9dollars, Bank would also deduct VAT services also especially since the money comes in a dollar format...thank me letter.
