Please, I was asked to write a proposed research topic (statement
of intent or purpose) of the course that I intended to study abroad, but I don't have the idea of what this question is all about, please, I need enlightenment on this.

How you wan take get the scholarship when you don't know your purpose of applying? You don't know why you want to study such course and the benefits it will bring to Naija? Look for a research topic that is relevant to your programme and write about it, what you tend to achieve and how to go about it.
