Make effort day by day not to masturbate... If u masturbate daily, try as much as possible to resist the temptation as long as possible.

I don't know if you go to church, but in every church even fervent workers are still doing that.
I know cos while I was very fervent too, I was able to overcome it,many used to come to me to know how ibdid it cos it was their challenge.

It's very obvious you're dealing with Spirit of lust and Marine spirits . They are related .

There is a natural urge we all have . But When the urge becomes uncontrollable. You have to locate the root cause and deal with it. The likely root cause are Pornography or A demonic attack.
