I did my registration way back in 2011and got the temporary card and i moved out of the area same year, but ever since then, i haven't gotten the permanent one due to my relocation. I've been using national id for banks, but what can i do to get a pvc now? I still have the temproary voter's card i was issued back then 2011

same for me too but there is a section i filled online kn their websites uncollected PVC i have done that waiting for the next step

I did my registration and was given a temporary paper to pickup the original voters card later.
Till today they can’t find it, it’s over 3yrs now.
They don’t want us to have voters card only their touts and party members

Abeg all of us shouting get your PVC, get your PVC. Election will come now, and you will still make the same mistake, then we start complaining thereafter of bad governance. Until we flush out old and recycled politicians from our politics, Nigeria will remain where it is

I registered on the Inec website after I saw this post. Set an appointment date & went.

The online stuff is basically useless, you would still fill the same form offline & they would snap your pictures again with their devices. The only thing that won't change is your assigned VIN number.

Secondly they gave us a small POS like receipt that contained one's details & a QR code. That's all.

So, basically instead of wasting one's time doing anything online, one can just walk into the closest INEC office and do it all at once.

@Lalasticlala, I think this should be moved to FrontPage as Nairaland's CSR, so Nigerians all over will be aware of this and go get their own.

Don't know about other locations but yeah. Just find the nearest Inec office. Everything is done in minutes except for the temporary card, they only gave us signed receipts not temporary cards.
