The thing about doing business in Nigeria is that government can wake up one day and institute a policy and all your labor is crippled.

Chinmark is a brand with verifiable investments in and outside Nigeria.

See some details. www.chinmarkhospitality.com
www.chinmarkgroup.com

The business is just going through a phase that most businesses go while faced with such disclaimer as orchestrated by SEC.
Even banks face same issue when there is a rumour of financial distress and then panic withdrawal starts and also bad press.

This business will withstand the storm, grow and will surprise a lot of people.

There is definitely More to come
Mr. Bigpicture, sice you claimed that Chinmark is real, can you name or identify the so called real physical investment that company has engaged in. Like where is the houses - city located, at which city do they offer the "uber" service, where and to whom have they given loans to? Or else you are hired agent and need to be stoned - electronically and in person.
On the topic of this threat, I think lack of sound financial literacy plays bigger role in making people invest in all these type of business rather than greed as most people think.

Because of financial illiteracy, most people don't ask or don't know how to ask some intelligent questions before investing their hard earned money with any company and they don't know how to do proper research on the company to know the exact business they do, the profit they make, how realistic or sustainable is the interest they claim to be paying based on the nature of their business.

To me the MOST SECURE investment in Nigeria today seems to be Federal Government bonds and SEC regulated Money Market Mutual Funds. Every other investment comes with some risk and you have to invest only what you can afford to lose after doing thorough research on the reliability and sustainability of the investment

cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

Nigerians and gullibility.

SEC had earlier warned against investing in Chinmark Group but extreme greed coupled with Marksman IJiomah's constant display of wealth and achievements on social media won't let Nigerians smell the coffee.

He calls himself the RedKing but Nigerians consciously refused to see the RedFlags

I have no Pity left.

Enjoy your loss.

Update:

Watch out for his foot soldiers. They will try so hard to defend Marksman IJiomah, his RedKing Status and Nigeria's biggest financial miracle also known as Chinmark Group.

They will label this story a blackmail from competitors, saboteurs and UNWISE NIGERIANS.

Next on the line is Omega Pro. The investment climate poses significant risks but some are either too good to be true or filled with loopholes and unrealistic/false claims.

While some investors may look "senseless" given the rate they fall for these schemes, we also have to realize that nothing is guaranteed in this life.

Many are yet to realize that if their bank suddenly packs up due to mismanagement, the highest sum they will ever get from NDIC in return for their savings is 500k after several months of waiting. Whether your savings is 5 million or 10 million with GTB or Access, NDIC would not pay a kobo over 500k if they ever fold up. Na court go settle the rest.

While the likelihood that a CBN licensed bank would fold up is low given re/capitalization efforts, anything is possible!

When will these "investors" get brain. Their greed is not allowing them to think straight. So, with all the stories of different Ponzi schemes collapsing right, left, and centre these people are still wasting their hard-earned money.

Go and meet dangote cement wholesalers how much money they make per month, try asking iron rod sellers too, those who buy spaghetti and food items in bulk pls try asking them how much they make

Ask ebaneo supermarket too, try asking medplus pharmacy how much it makes importing cheap drugs from India to Nigeria

Just like people made money from Crypto in investing in different coins, people lost money in some coins that gazumped on them too

Just very similar to betting but it’s not betting i

That sort of business is not a real business where you are only praying to be lucky bitcoin moves to 50k dollars next month how is that a viable business model

150k dollars 84 million naira in a year just 84 million naira and you even confidently said no offline business can make such

Go and ask coacharis motors how much cars it imports per year and how much money it makes on each

Even people selling houses in Lekki gan self dey make 80 million naira per year

I repeat no offline business can give you that with $1000 capital. Tell me any offline business you can start with 600K and make up to 85M in a year. I'm waiting.

Those people you mentioned what's their profit margin?. For them to meet up cement wholesalers involve in re-bagging.

You clearly ruled out online business that's why I responded.

I have experienced both online and offline business and I will fucking choice online every fucking time.

still not an investment. It’s a gamble and giveaway.

In life you have to take a risk, we all know things are not easy in nigeria, and we all know nothing last forever.

When you get a reasonable return on your investment and your capital, from there onwards you start investing in short term investments.

We all know there are several uncertainty in the investment market.

On the surface, this your comment appears to be sound and commonsensical. However, you seems not to understand that in life nothing is guaranteed. Even the so called 'real physical' business can fold up (and they do fold up) if God's grace is not on it and the right foundation was not laid.

By the way, do you even know there is no real difference between giving your hard earned money to a businessman to do business and give you interest and investing in some online business with the hope of getting interest. To me, the two carry almost the same risk of losing your money.

The last three paragraph of your comment show you are not in tune with the spirit of the digital age where almost everything is going digital. In the age of digital currencies, cryptocurrencies, e-business, electronic stores and so on, it is baffling that someone could be reasoning the way you do.

My last paragraph never said you can’t digitize buying and selling thorough e commerce

My point once again remains and stands that unless you are buying and selling something in this nigeria you can’t really be that rich or wealthy
If your plan is to buy shiba or dogecoins with the hope that the cypto coins rise by 1000 % in 8 months then you are doing yourself and whether or not or rises, you have not yet done business my friend

Another one, when u tell them they will keep defending it with their life and they will even call u hater.

What I v learnt in life is nobody shows anybody where money is made and nobody wants to share wealth or profits with anybody, therefore anybody that says u should bring money to show u how to make money, tell them to show himself and if anybody says u should bring money to invest and he will double it, just tell him to ask his family.

Exactly, I keep singing it. Nobody go give you update, only if they need you to make money.

You see those forex trader selling courses telling you how they make millions, is the "course" they sell that makes them a millionaire not their trades.

And what happens when your trailer doesn’t fall for road nko and gets to its destination

What happened to the thousands of traders who take thier product by air or sea or land to sell at different stages of commerce.

How come they are still in business

Anyway it’s best you just focus on your online business and keep buying your crypto coins or affiliate marketing like you people call it these days

Invest in a real business, I’m sure everyone reading this has a businessman doing business in their area maybe selling electronics or importing and exporting

What don’t you approach him and say pls can I lend you this 1 million naira and help me with a decent ROI or simply tell him you want to invest in his business

Your returns are guaranteed
I have a fish farm in ikorodu come and invest 2m in the business available for inspection whenever you’re ready.

Stop giving your money to people who are into online business or who don’t have a physical product

Only invest with people who buy and sell a physical product

Only buying and selling any commodity commerce wise can make you rich in present day nigeria be it on the wholesale or retail level
