Hello Everyone,
I have very little knowledge about building/construction as I am into ICT.
A friend turned brother who is based in one of the Scandinavian countries has decided to return home finally this year and wants me to help him put up 2 units of 5 bedroom Duplexes.
I am based in Abuja but Our home state where the building is to be erected is less than 2 hours away, meaning I can shuttle between Abuja and home easily.
The snag is, My state is almost a civil service state where most people are government workers who rely on salaries and economic activities are at the lowest ebb you can think of. Finding building construction/construction companies that will take up the job from start to finish hasn't been fruitful.
To the professionals in the house is it feasible to get the building done in 3 Months? ( All needed for the project won't be an issue). I have asked him to give me till the end of February to do a thorough job(Findings) and get back to him.

2 months is very feasible. My cousin can mobilize his men to site and give you quality work and on time. He is in Abuja too.

What State or Town will be project be?
With the full availability of fund, three months is plenty enough for the project by some of our Builders here. Look at this project below, this is in 5 days work.

As for the question. The answer is Yes to Carcass if funds are available. Though foundation has to be Raft or pad and strip to be able to meet up to that deadline or even less.

No.problem with that time frame if it's just carcass.
Raft or Pad foundation should not disturb the time frame at all, money moves everything.

I would say 4 months is a better timeframe to build in time to sink sand and dry the foundation properly and also to fully cure the decking.
