Just drive to VIO's office in Mabushi and apply, it will take you some hours to do that (legally) and some minutes (illegally). Registration fee depends on the car make, latest cars attract higher fees than old ones. Honda ranges from 4k officially and about 5K (sharp sharp price). The process comprises of proof of ownership, registration, road worthiness and insurance.

Number plate in Abuja is a bit expensive and ranges from 25K (sharp sharp service). Hope the little information helps.

Nope, the 5k fee i gave you is when its renewal, if its a new ride the 25k will cover everything, you can call this guy im sure he can assist you, he is a VIO (just tell him you want to register your vehicle)
