Actually, what I'm after is the kind of car that it's fuel consumption is very low, rugged, easy to maintain (cheap spare parts, ruggedness, low breakdown rates) comparing to other sienna models. So if the older models have these qualities, then I don't mind going for it.

But if I may ask, can I get the specific year model among the oldies or ranges of year models per say?

2004-2006/7 are same shape but different engines with 2007/8_2009/10

If your budget is not tight, I think you should go for newer models.

I believe almost all Sienna have same engine capacity. So fuel consumption should almost be the same.

Go for newer models that have not undergone much wear and tear.

With 3-3.3m you can get a good 2004/5/6 toks sienna. But make sure it is in top condition. Maybe an expert on nairaland will help you get one.

l heard the headlamp light of the old models are poor at night compare with the new models...

Problems:
*It was unable to climb hills and runs very heavy. *Guzzles fuel.
*Jerks when accelerating

NOW:
1. I have fixed gear issue.
2. Done servicing as directed by the mechanics.
(Changed plugs, Nozzles, changed plugs coils).
3. I cleaned and welded exhaust/silencer.

OBSERVATIONS
*But still unable to accelarate very well.
*When I accelarate it starts making abnormal high noise.
*Hard starting atimes.

I was told to service brainbox. Now I ask, is that the true solution or is it injector?

The true solution is to scan your car and share code for speedy resolution

The fuel part was solved after changing the plugs, nozzles?
