Any state that bandits (not boko haram) are troubling, the governors and government of that state are behind it. In the north, there's only high and low class. While in the south there are low, high and middle classes. Every group of Aboki men has a high class Alhaji (mostly politicians) sponsoring and ordering them. We could all recall that at the onset of this bandit groups, northern governors were calling on the federal government to settle these terorists via one islamic cleric just as PDP government paid Niger Delta militants (even though their aims were clearly obvious).

Forget all the fake running to Abuja to live as a residence by the northern politicians, they're all camouflage to decieve you.

Just take a look at Rivers State and other Southern states, their governors are working hand in hand to protect their citizens without state policing. But the northern governors run away to another state just so they don't witness the next planned attack on their people...
