While I may not respond if your message is a scam message, I think the address makes sense because I'm quite familiar with that axis here in Lagos, Ikeja. But I can't speak on behalf of the company nor with regards to whether they really own a physical building as such. The message included a 'tech company', excluding their business name. This is one little reason to doubt. Also, it doesn't seem as if you applied. If you did, you might have sent your application alongside the company's name. If there's one thing you should stay leery of, it's those companies who send interview invites without including their business name or even a telephone number with a enough details for you to read between the lines whether they're being authentic or trying to bait you.
