I had to create this username just to post.

I have been battling with gambling addiction for years now and I just can't stop it.

It made me not to save a dime where I worked for about 5 years. I will always use the money to play online bet.

Now am self employed and getting jobs. It's affecting me now because once client gives me a percentage of the money to start with. I'll use the money to gamble and lose them.

Now am oweing over 1m because I couldn't meet up the deadline to deliver so they are asking for refunds but I can't because it's gone.

I really need help in stopping this gambling addiction.

PS: I have resolved to quit gambling so many times but I keep going back. Don't know what to do.

It is hard to stop. You have to change your mindset that you are not not going to be wealthy through betting. Yes, you can win every now and then, but never see it as your means to wealth.
I also play betking.. but funnily, i can only bet with not more than #200 because personally, losing my money annoys me so i cant put too much money.
Try playing once a week..maybe weekends, then spread your games through a week or two. That reduces the urge. And lastly..if you are addicted to AJA NSARE OR VIRTUAL, you need fasting and prayer cos that is the height of gambling.

If you have an online betting account, start by deactivating it.

Secondly, quit with watching football it discussing/arguing match outcomes with your friends.

Just stop seeing betting as a way to work your way to we'llh...its all a ruse and a huge farce.

I decided to quit when I realized you can never beat them.

If you can follow my strategy:

My little advice is that you should delete all betting apps on your phone and stop visiting any betting or gambling shops.

Then decide never to gamble again, that's the most important aspect.

Gambling can never make you rich rather put you into debts.

The operators are far ahead of you, know this and have peace.

I'd suggest that the money you want to use to bet put it in piggyvest or cowreywise..

With time it will be your new betting platform because you can see the money grow, but can't use it until it matures.

Lastly, change your mindset change that CANNOT to CAN DO

It is very wrong for u to use money given to u for work to play gamble. that is the highest level of dishonesty. and u are a very greedy person. gambling is not as bad as u think if u have a working strategy. credit 30k in ur bet account, if u don't make 3k daily.then I will never play bet again.

No worry,if you don sleep for cell for two months,you go comot hand.. Betting addiction is a killer.. Delete all betting apps from your phone.. Including livescore app.. Any where you see their shop.. Run pass there..

Ohhhh holy shit, this is real shit bro. The way to stop is by avoiding friends that gambles and also avoid anything that has to do with bet.
Personally, I dey bet, but I do it for fun. For over 2 weeks now, I never even placed anything bet but d funny thing is that yesterday Asia qualifications, d games I choose entered though didn't play but friends just played it

yesterday i also tried to play diz game. UAE, U.S.A and Saudi Arabia all winning. The odd is just 2.27 odds on bet9ja but i had premonition that the game might cut so i avoid playing it. Had it been i stake it, i would have recovered some piece of cash that useless virtual snatched from me. (2.24 x 5k...)
