I work in an organization where our boss is very nepotic in her disposition and is always soft on those close to her but tough on those she doesn't like. How do you cope with such a boss? |

Do your Job, do it the way she likes it, don't try to correct her when y'all discussing job specifications... Mind your business, don't compare her relationship with others distract you... You're there to execute your assigned duties... Not court her. But make sure you're doing the best needed of your assignment 1 Like |

well in this case just do your job and try as much as possible not to question her decision in her ( prescencs or in her absence). |
