This has nothing to do with the law, the courts ruled in his favour that he broke no laws pertaining to covid and immigration. The politicians, In this case the australian minister of interior decided to excercise his discretionary powers to still deport him on the excuse that his case could cause public unrest. The australians even admitted in court that he didn't break any laws just that they didn't want him to be a role model for anti vaxxers in australia. This is all politics, Novak Djokovic didn't break any law. He followed the law which is either you get vaxxed or you get your medical excemptions which he did, he even had two medical excemptions.
