If you are an Npower Batch A or an Npower Batch B volunteer and you recently tried to enrol for the NEXIT package but you constantly keep receiving the DND Do Not Disturb prompt and this prompt is preventing you from checking your NEXIT status, if you are experiencing this, it means that you had previously set the DND "Do Not Disturb Prompt" without even realising, most Npower volunteers intentionally set the DND in order to prevent unwanted messages from their choice network, and this gesture has been preventing them from gaining access to the NEXIT package.
If you have this issue simply text "STOP" to 2442 to opt-in. Then Text "ALLOW" to 2442 to de-activate the DND Service to enable you receive bulk SMS on your phone number. Alternatively you can pick number 2 although you will be charged ₦30 (see attached image below)
