One of our tenants in my father's house was owning my father more than one year house rent, from 2015 to 2016. My father then approached him and told him to quit so that he will rent the house to someone who can pay him house rent regularly. This tenant told my father that he will not park out of the house and at the same time will not pay any rent. This generated quarrels that day and the tenant promised to deal with my father. The following day this man (the tenant) park some of his house properties out side, break his door key and use police to arrest my brother, claiming that my brother is unlawfully forcing him to park out of the house and in the process he lost properties and money that all amount to 2 million. All this happened in 2016. We went to court but unfortunately for us, our lawyer was working against us because the lawyer and the tenant belong to the same occultic group which was not known to us before now. With God and the police IPO who all know the truth we won the criminal case but our lawyer and the tenant wanting us to lose by all means took the case to civil case and we lost even in appeal court because our lawyer was against us which was unknown to us before now. Now we want to officially give the tenant quit notice and he should pay us our 5 years rent. Please lawyers and those who have experience how should we go about this? Note the tenant is not staying again in the house as he has park out all his major belongs but few of his properties are still in the house.

Get a good lawyer who will proceed to get a court order against the tenant.
The court order will state how long he has to completely move out after which, the court will send their bailiff to move out his things.

Thank you so much. We already have another lawyer that will get a court order but we don't know whether this lawyer will work against us just the same way the first one did. That is the reason I'm asking for help. I want to know if it is possible for us to win and the tenant pays for all the rent. We have never had court case before so we don't have experience

We actually don't need the past rent but the court at present want us to pay the tenant 2 million because he won us on civil case. The truth is that we don't have such amount of money and the court is treating to sell the house if we can't pay the 2 million

How can your lawyer work against you and you didn't see any red light? Are you sure your tenant didn't win because you ignorantly took the wrong step while trying to eject him earlier? Anyways, if his 5-yr-rent is up to 2m, get a good lawyer (one that doesn't belong to the seemingly popular cult in your area), kick his ass out legally and ask him to forfeit his rent in lieu of the 2m.
