Role: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos (includes frequent out of state travel)

Requirements:
Ability to work without supervision
Candidate must be proficient in the use of MS Office and good with numbers
Minimum 1 year Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is compulsory

Roles and responsibilities include:
Coordinating travel arrangements and other logistics.
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Screening calls and visitors as appropriate
Recording minutes of meetings
Maintaining accurate records of communication
