Please @tugrow release my goods.

I contacted your ccr on Oct last year when I saw your flyer and asked her if you do packing service which she replied in the affirmative.
She sent me address for packing of goods. I specifically told her that the items we're for sea shipment and that I will use newline shipping company to ship it after packing.

I daily reminded her that she should let me know once they finished packing. I became worried when I didn't hear from her and I chatted her to ask her just for her to tell me my goods are on its way to the China airport.

I told her that the goods are not air shipment goods. She told me that I will receive my goods on time,that's the advantage of using air to ship.

All my instructions to send my goods back was rejected. After 2 weeks they told me. That China airport rejected some of my goods and till now they are still in China airport.

Goods left China 16/10/2021 till December 31st 2021 was when they sent me pick up message.

I sent another percel through another company through sea on the 23rd of same October and I picked up on the 20th of December.

Tugrow gave me a bill of almost #350000.

From this bill, 1 single table spoon will cost #5700 using 5his bill ,while a pot will cost #30000 .that's a pot they sell #8000-10000 here in Nigeria.

Please there's no way you can ship these heavy items through air. Meanwhile some of my items were rejected for air. Do I talk about the time wasted ?

Tugrow, my lawyer called you and you arrogantly said let's meet in the court.

I will use both court and all social Media platforms to seek for justice.

@tugrow what happened to informing customers before shipping to get their approval?
@tugrow what happens to my goods still in China.it was as they rejected them at the airport that your company told me to send another address where they will ship it to.

I will surely get justice for this. Enough of all these shipping companies and their wickedness.

I will go to any length even to Brekete tv family to get justice. If it's not resolved amicably
