PDP Secretariat will never be completed except they find themselves on the corridor of power again. The project was conceptual to be financed by public funds. |

PDP stole hundreds of billions of dollars yet couldn't build a Secretariat when the likes of Atiku, Peter Obi and Wike could single handedly build it, this shows that the PDP is just full of greedy and stingy ppl. I wonder if they would have been able to manage this country in this trying times |
