JOB DESCRIPTION

v Pro-actively pursue new business and sales opportunities
v Increase company’s revenue and profit

v Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

v Develop growth sales strategies, tactics, action plans and successful execution of the strategies.


v Develop long-term relationships with longstanding clients, with a view to maintaining high retention rate.

v Implement marketing strategies, analyzing current research data and trends

v Balance /Manage Client’s Budget vs company cost/profit

v Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and

effectively at all levels of the organization

v Prove ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

v Demonstrate Strong business sense and industry expertise

v Solve problems for customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions

v Demonstrate persuasion skills with professionalism

v Maintain relationship management skills and openness to Feedback

v Oversee the activities and performance of sales team

v Work with internal department such as the marketing or product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply

v Coordinate with marketing on lead generation

v Develop sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education


v Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the sales department

v Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products

v Build and maintaining client relations

v Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control.

v Attend trade meetings and industry conventions

v Track, collate and interpret sales figures

v Develop online sales platforms

v Generate timely sales reports

v presenting media proposals, including timings and cost breakdowns, helping clients to reach a final decision about their future advertising strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:
v Previous working experience as s Business Development Executive for 3 to 5 years

v Bsc in Business Administration or similar relevant field

v A proven track record of providing actionable solutions

v Excellent organizational and time management skills

v Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

v Excellent presentation skills

v Critical thinker and problem solver
