There is a plot of land that almost got a colleague into trouble in Lekki Phase 1 and a guy got my number from this site to help him market same plot. It's BLOCK 78 PLOT 18. Since the guy seems to be going around and calling agents randomly to help sell this plot, I'm using this medium to warn any agent that has been contacted by this person to not even go near it at all as it was confirmed to me by a guy that I was directed to by the caller that it was a scam by the caller.

As a rule when it comes to sales, especially land, I only deal with people I know, either through referral from personal contacts or reputable agents.
