Good day all,

I need your assistance on how to analyse the attached poet. It is very important. I've been reading the poet and still trying to grasp the idea the writer is trying to pass in the message.

The likely simile, metaphor and as well the contention in the piece.

Thank you
I'm very grateful.

The poem is an imagery or allegory
It’s talking about a clothes and handkerchief hung on a line being held by pegs and how they are in conflict with the angry wind, and how they wish to find a non existent freedom,
This is about our every day life how we face difficulties and conflicts from natural and artificial phenomena, and how we would love to find freedom for we and our loved ones.
We will later realize that every thing on earth is working against us or in conflict with us, therefore we can have no freedom,
That’s the domestic nepotism the clothes face after being unpegged.
The natural phenomenon air was mentioned
The artificial phenomenon was the clip holding you back. And how the air will free you from the clip to throw you to the ground
Also how the owner will unpeg you to wear you and dirty you.
