First these book of Genesis you said couldn't have been written by Moses contains the story of creation, Noah and the flood, the history of father Abraham the patriarch and his sons, how they became a great nation in Egypt and how Pharaoh opposed God by not freeing the Israelites to serve their God in the wilderness.

It's clear that Moses wasn't existing when all these above events took place. Moses was born during the time the Israelites were in slavery in Egypt.
