A Construction firm in Abuja requires the services of an Engineer & Secretary for immediate employment

POSITION ;
1.Manager (M001)
2.Secretary (E002)

LOCATION: ABUJA

Engineer(as Manager)
Requirement
•Must have a degree in Engineering or in applied science
•Must have a minimum of 3 to 4years working experience
•Must be computer literate
•Ability to plan tasks in detail – cost estimating and budgeting.
•Have excellent interpersonal skill
•Must be able to work with no supervision
•Prepare Project Plan (PP).
•Ensure appropriate and timely reporting of project progress

Secretary
Requirements:
•Must have a minimum of OND, HND, or B.sc in secretarial studies or any related field
•Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a secretary/personal assistant
•Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
•Must be able to effectively take minutes of meetings, write memos and reports
•Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Application packages
•Must be able to work with little or no supervision
•Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity
