Kindly pardon my story and grammar. I believe we can learn, give suggestion, and perhaps a solution to put smiles to my family.

I came to Germany for Master almost 2 years ago after some years banking experience. My plan was to finish my Master, secure a job and move my family. Really, it was not easy coping without them as a core family man. It was also hard for my kids to bear my disappearance. Thanks to God, I concluded my Master few months ago. The challenge for the job hunting keep mounting. Though, I have lots of interview calls but the barriers here are many to explain. The pressure from family too is no more unbearable. My little kid could no more hold her missing me. I am scared of her getting depressed or loosing her with recent repeated sicknesses. Luckily, I have a strong wife. But I am loosing the interest of the long stay with their thought and cry. It is too much to bear.

I am an easy going guy. No clubbing, association and hanging around. I have a great CV with my career of many years in business development and service management. I have a long and professional experience in Nija and some international exposures here too. I am at a cross road of staying further if perhaps a luck will smile on me. Or to move back to Nija if possible to get a lucrative job to support myself and family. More importantly, to unite with them and rekindle the love and smiles with my kids.

I need a matured mind, may be of similar issue, or someone that can connect with a good job in Nija.
