First of all, I've been a gym instructor and what I have to say is... That lady in that pic ain't married. The rules are to make sure you ask about the marital status of your client before any training. There is some training very bad for a month old pregnant woman, less to say.


Second of all, regardless of the exercise benefits, married or not. Once the training requires you are to touch a woman's sensitive part, you ask for her acknowledgement and if she ain't comfortable with it, you diverse another alternative for that training.


In conclusion, unless totally required and as a last resort, you don't put anybody in a position that exposes them sexually to the eyes. Be it, man or woman, in fact, in my gym a guy is not allowed to take off his clothes openly and there are dressing codes for everyone.


And yeah, we don't encourage anyone coming to the gym with their lover. It takes away the focus and many other things I can't write now.
