I'm seeking an apartment in Ibadan, preferably a self con or a two-bedroom apartment; and must be located very close to the university of Ibadan.

Nothing like sure agent, all they do now is referral, few of them has what you will be looking for. The rest are just after your sighting fee, 2k max. Meanwhile for you to get a 2bed flat through an agent, your money na 700k total package.

A frnd just got his around Dugbe yesterday through an agent after seeking for 1mnth plus. Meanwhile he paid close to 15k total onto say he agent dey epp am find house.

I stay in Ibadan but I have no agent around that side to link up with you. How I wish you can come down yourself. If you are not careful they can dupe you by the agent in Ibadan

For self contained set aside like 150k

When I still dey apete ibadan near poly ibadan I got my room and parlor self contained for 145k, 30k for agent fee

You need to make a new survey on the cost if houses. Like house, no be rust whey you go to dey fetch well water or borehole for next building. Personal prepaid meter, gated house.

Yea you can only get cheap ones in not so good enviroment with poor electricity supply or if its old house

Do you still need an agent number ? I stayed at Agbowo before moving out and I've got my agent there. But it will sure be hard to see 2 bedroom there . Self is sure cos that's what I stayed in before moving out. Just respond if you still searching
