Russia has warned that any country, especially in the European Union, that provides lethal weapons to Ukraine during the ongoing war, would face the consequences of such action.

The country warned that it would continue to ensure realization of its national interests despite sanctions from the West.

This declaration was made on Monday by the country’s foreign ministry, according to CNN.

Russian Foreign Ministry, in a statement, lashed out against the EU’s plans to provide arms to Ukraine.

“EU citizens and structures involved in supplying lethal weapons and fuel and lubricants to the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be responsible for any consequences of such actions in the context of the ongoing special military operation. They cannot fail to understand the degree of danger of the consequences,” the Russian Foreign Ministry’s statement read.

Russia further described the sanctions from the Western countries as another myth that had been propagated by the European Union.

According to the ministry, the EU intends to inflict maximum damage on Russia, “hit its weak points, seriously destroy its economy and suppress its economic growth.”

He said all these and any other plan to be propagated against Russia, “we want to assure you it will not work”, adding that “the actions of the European Union will not go unanswered.

“It is time for Western countries to understand that their undivided dominance in the global economy is long a thing of the past.”

The Ukraine and Russia war entered its sixth day on Tuesday, with hundreds of people reported killed, while thousands of others have been displaced.

Frankly speaking,I am tired of this Russia and Ukraine shit.These are two brothers trying to sort out themselves.Iswap,bokoharam, bandits and UGM are killing everyday and Even the international media have not publish it like this.Even our own media won't say much about it.But here, Ukraine and Russia shit have been hitting front page back to on Nairaland.
Even some fools were protesting against the war in Abuja and couldn't protest against bandits,iswap, bokoharam and UGM killings.Nigerians loves to lick the asses of the whites.
Go to most multinational companies,and see the ways Nigerians are worshipping these guys as a demi god.

For those who don't know the root of this war. Na just greed from the Alagidi.

The Donbass region comprising of Luhansk and Donetsk is the MAIN problem here. Emphasis on the word main. Even though the region was highjacked by the same Putin.

Minsk 1 agreement championed by France and Germany representing the OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) failed in 2014, and Minsk 2 agreement also held in Belarus failed again in 2015.

Why do these agreements failed?

Ukraine wants ceasefire, withdrawal of heavy weaponry and full Ukrainian government control throughout the conflict zone of the region (Donbass).

Russia wants autonomy of Donbass. Russia wants this region to govern itself and to its own affairs because Russia is confident that here, the people are Russian speaking and they are pro Russians. So it'll be easy for Russia to exercise military and political influence.

On the other hand, Ukraine is aware of this. That is why it is against the autonomy of Donbass. Also, Donbass region is one of the prosperous industrialized regions of Ukraine before the conflict.

Similarly, even the Crimea peninsula is one of the prosperous industrialized regions of Ukraine and the inputs from these regions towards Ukraine's industrial production was very high.

That being said, there have been so much killings in that region since Putin came in 2012 and recognized the area as part of Russia and must be run against the will of Ukrainian government.

Putin sponsored rebels have been taking planes down in airports located in Luhansk and Donetsk which is why the airports were shutdown by Ukraine govt.

Talk about the Malaysia Flight 17, the Ilyushin 76 transport aircraft of the 25th transport aviation brigade of the Ukrainian air force, steady shelling and bombing of Ukrainian soldiers and so much more atrocities.

This case is like a bigger nation recognizing Biafra while killing Nigeria armforces and still telling the world to shut it.

The west are playing games with Ukraine, they claim to have sanctioned Russia but still pay 1billion usd every day to buy Russia oil.

They keep sending outdated weapons to Ukraine to fight a Russia army that can decapitate the whole Europe

The US and UK have said they won't declare a no fly zone in Ukraine, that should tell the Ukrainian its time to stop the proxy fight, their president is just another globalist puppet using his people as human sheild.

he is not overestimating anything. Russia has more land mass and more population than every country in europe In fact they have land mass almost the size of Europe put together if not more sef. And it’s very populated country. Do they have more nuclear weapons than all the eu countries combined yes. Now. That they re in Ukraine will any country Even USA �� Dare put solders or confront them directly. ? No.

No country will dare confront Russia directly. Know this. And know peace

Let them keep putting Sanctions. China Iran. Korea. And others will trade with Russia.
