TO FASTFORWARD. the guy and my ex is now having a serious issue. and the guy sent her parking. my ex have been disturbing to see me. when she came i found out that the boy is my carbon copy. i ask her can u tell me the truth now. who is the father of this boy...am the father she said. how will i claim the boy pls. i need a help pls

Sit down, let's have a heart-to-heart discussion.

Assuming the guy your "Ex" was married to was not the biological father of the said boy, how sure are you that you are the real father?

If your Ex could get married to another man just two weeks after telling you she missed her period, don't you think they might have been copulating before then? Couldn't she have slept with another man entirely who might be responsible for the pregnancy?
That the boy resembles you is not enough to claim him.

Now, to clear your query and/or possess your "possession":

1) Tell the mother (your ex) to confront the man and declare that the boy is not his but yours and damn the consequences.
2) Gather money to conduct DNA test to substantiate your claim.

Anything short of the above could be termed as circumstantial evidence and easily discardable in a court of law.

Don't claim the boy just yet.
Do the little you can for him and give him a few years to grow. If you want to marry your ex then it's understandable.
Because a child looks like you does not mean he is yours biologically.

You can run a DNA test and go to court for joint custody.

Just get yourself a good lawyer!
