Russia too have to pipe low but they know who the real enemy is and since then they have being improving on a steady level, no American weapons is match to Russia made, be it Gun, Tank, jet, check any military resach work around you... ..... This war is in the second stage now, it was 1st tested in Syria and Russia won, now is Ukraine let's see how it goes.

And the budget disparity has been same for many years. The only edge that Russia has are its nuclear repository which has been the deterrent.
