Good evening architects in the house, I stay in Auchi Edo state .. please I have this quarter plot of land which the the above measurement ( 60 feet by 30 feet) . I taught of building a three bedroom bungalow with a shop and a space for at least 2 cars .
I want to know if this is possible ..
I need someone who can give me a good design .
Option 2 : is to build a four bedroom duplex with a shop and parking lot .. but I prefer the bungalow..

Please anyone that can help manage the space with a good design should indicate.
