So Putin and his Russia economic advisers are feeling the impact of the sanctions contrary to what Putin Nairaland zombies have been saying .
Whenever Russia feel like reopening the Russian stock exchange, it will still collapse and bring Russian Economy to a halt.
They can't continue to delay the inevitable

Where are the Putin Nairaland zombies, who bragged sanctions will not affect Russia because Russia has China's support economically.
Even China is been cautious as regarding Taiwan after seeing the bombardment of unending sanctions by United States and Europe on the Russian Economy, which has has weakened and crippled the Russian Economy, the Chinese Economy can not afford to receive such crazy sanctions cos it's major Markets are United States and Europe, banning of Chinese exports to US and Europe means the death and burial of the Chinese Economy
