nope. i just want to have an idea of how they operate. if am lucky enough, i might just do my nysc there.

Okay.
I know nothing about their structure, and it should not concern you either, since you're only going to do your NYSC there.
They are a carrier, i.e. they provide transport networks for telecom operators and corporations. That's the core of their business. They've been around for a while now, since 2000 i think.
