Look at Lagos no world-class hospital for 23 years of having Lagos under his feet he can't tell the governors to build a world-class hospital that he can be using. Building roads alone in Lagos is not what will tell us that you are performing. You can fool The amount of money coming from Lagos is enough to build 10 world-class hospitals and enough to turn Lagos into Dubai.
