Please I need clarification from people who have idea about this. Do I need to enrol a newborn(2months) for NIN in order to apply for passport?? Do I need to do IOM for the infant too? Also, can a four month old baby be flown outside with the parents??. Thanks as I await your responses. Mods please help me, I need urgent answers. Cc: lalasticlala |
