I have signed up and i am waiting for approval for the USD bank account.
But grey finance fees is on the high side.

Yes dont fund your grey usd directly you can buy paypal usd at a cheaper rate from one of the exchange like ng.pexbank.com thats if you have a paypal account that can send and recieve fund from there transfer to grey
I don't have PayPal account and don't intend to open one.
