Anyone else noticing this?

Buying things from jumia seems more expensive than actually working into a physical store and getting that same item yourself.

The worst aspect is the imaginary discount.

Like I know the price of the long sleeve shirt I want to buy is 5k. Why put 10k and the slash it to 5k or 6k like they are offering some huge discount.

And if the price is just a few 100 naira lower, the shipping fee will more than over kill it.

The shipping fee is just too high for me to believe they are actually offering any real value except to people in Lagos and Abuja.

I don't think Amazon treats Americans like this.
