girlygirlyMain: It's not about sexual immorality. It was not just the time/place for it at the time. Morality is actually different from Law, mores and ethics. |

baby124:please don't get it wrong, I know these things happen but why I'm just skeptical about this is the fact that this is a lawyer who would probably be dealing with such cases everyday (if he is a criminal lawyer).....I would not have doubted it this much if the allegations came while the lady was working already but on the very first day at an interview? It seems too easy for a downfall (my opinion) |

sleek82:Do you think this is his first time harnessing women as an employer? He probably sent emails or messages to follow up. Girls abroad are quick to report such incidences and because he’s stupid, they may have sent an attractive lady to his office to catch him. For him to be fined, there was evidence. 1 Like |

Randy men like this one are sex predators who are always using every given opportunity and position to sexually harass and molest desperate female job seekers. He should be seriously dealt with or have his license to practice withheld. We need to bring the punishment down to Nigeria corporate world. 1 Like |

TheGoodJoe:Very Very Terrible I must say. Most of the MEN you see today were abused by their female househelps. Most MARRIED MEN get beaten up by their wives. These things slide without remarks. Some menare being spat on regularly yet no outcry. A LADY just makes a complain and she wins the case. No evidence, nothing. It baffles me how people above me took turns to abuse this man despite what they read. The LADIES supporting this should also brace up. They have brothers too. They will likely suffer same fate soonest. For a man of that caliber who owns a LAW FIRM in the UK, shows that he has been living in the UK for years. Which simply means he has adopted & decided to live by the terms & conditions governing his host country. Such a man wouldn't be that stupid. A Lawyer for that matter who knows the Law and the country he resides. Just the way I avoid WOMEN like plague in America. In fact, I don't attend any event that sustains too many women. Even on Airplanes. In fact, I had to resign one job where I was told I would be working with one black American girl. MEN fear them more than Ebola. 2 Likes 1 Share |

TheGoodJoe:And you think a lawyer will not defend himself better than you? . The accused is not ignorant of the law,so I don't get what you are trying to pass here.Knowing how men high five their fellow men when it comes to sexual harassment in Nigeria, I doubt your own view is without bias. If una don mess up finish for abroad una go hide under racism dey look for sympathy.mteeeeew.Yes the fine might have been over board, but I still won't put it past a Nigerian man to act that way. 1 Like |

Africa will be better off being under the stewardship of the Whites. Look at how a country is disciplining erring and exploitative employer, unlike in Nigeria, that employer would have dragged out the ass of that lady. |

Wittyduchess:You actually said nothing in your post. My point is simple, you can not use the actions of others as a criteria for another person. You can not say because men hi five themselves for sexual harassment, men's we should throw all men in jail when women accuse them. |

VeeVeeMyLuv: From the report, no evidence. Just her testimony. He said it would be ‘rude’ for the tribunal to believe the woman over him, ‘a solicitor of the Supreme Court’. It was a case of who is saying the truth. And they chose to believe the woman because she is woman. cc: baby124 |

TheGoodJoe:Lol. I love when the law catches up to bad behavior. Don't blame me for that. .The fact still remains that Nigerian men get away with worse here ,so? . If they decide to make an example out of him, good riddance. I was once sexually harassed and had to quit a good paying job because I had a hegoat for a boss. So yes, I could careless about if it is a set up or not cos I have seen men go to the extreme in the corporate world in Nigeria. 1 Like |

Typical Nigerian male. Thinks its his right to help himself to any female he fancies. He couldn't leave his bad behaviour in the jungle. |

MALIGNANTGuest:Dude a tribunal was set-up, there must have been evidence before the house to have concluded on his fine. It is not based on allegations. That being said, serves him right! |

But where is the evidence he said all these? Court decisions should be bases on evidence, not because someone claimed this or that. |
Re: Victor Nwosu Fined £45k For Telling A Lady 'I Like What I See’ During Interview by alphaNomega: 5:23pm On Mar 20, 2022 |
MALIGNANTGuest: He was that stupid because no UK law tribunal will levy such a heavy fine based on mere allegations. There was evidence before the house my guy. That silly man should pay up before he is dealt with further. This would teach randy men not to be stupid. |
Re: Victor Nwosu Fined £45k For Telling A Lady 'I Like What I See’ During Interview by alphaNomega: 5:26pm On Mar 20, 2022 |
sleek82:But this new lawyer girl had evidence to prove she was sexually harassed. That's why the randy man was fined. In CR7's case, he was not punished because there was no evidence to the claim. It is not a man or woman thing, he who alleges must prove. Justice is blind! |

Wittyduchess: I have been falsely accused, although not in this manner but for stealing. Luckily, the person who took the item actually borrowed it and returned it while I was being tortured for stealing it. Like the people beating me were so confused that they continued torturing me even seeing the person who took it return it. I was beaten like a thief gotten red handed because people believed the accuser. So I prefer protecting the innocent than punishing anyone to set an example. |
