Casting of the parlour area cost N1000/bag instead of N800. Not bad because of the stress involved. The leveling followed the next day.

Reinforcement for the beans and columns took the iron bender just a day to finish.

Three carpenter finished the work within 2 hours to focus on the forming of the parapet on the main building.

All materials for the parapet are on ground.

Is being a while l updated this threat. A lot of work has been going on but haven't got the time to update you.

So far, we are done with the parapet casting which took about 48bags of cement at 1:4:5 coupled with some internal beams and short pillars.
The Iron work cost about 60, 000 for the parapet while the carpentry work cost about 65,000.

Yesterday, the roofing materials were bought and roofing has started.

The boys quarter is at the decking stage at the moment with the iron bender to finish the work tomorrow. I offered him 20k like wise the carpentry work.

Casting of the deck of boys quarters have been completed since Monday. A new project has not given me time to update this thread but you will get all the pictures as it happened.

7 labourers did a combine 38 bags of cement to achieve the whole decking and staircase at ration of 1:5:5

The forming and block work for the first floor was done by 3 masons to lintel level the following day. 700 blocks were used. There was a heavy downpour in the evening.

Yesterday, l sent an iron bender who did all the pillars and beam reinforcement. The carpenter will be on site today to board them and as well the pillars and beam will be cast.

The roofing of the main building is going on fine.

Roofing carcass of the main building have been completed. About 300k was paid for the roofing.

The boys quarter's parapet will be completed today while the roofing has started this morning
