Good evening doctors in the house.
I have been a member of this great forum for more than six years now..
I opened this new account for for this purpose.....
.. I have not been able to speak out because of my shy nature but have to man up this time around.
Am in my late twenties and I can't remember the last time I had early morning erection.
I tried having sex for the first time in my life last year but it didn't work out because I couldn't hold it..

I need help..

The masturbation started recently... Cos after my first experience of trying to have sex did not end well.... So I didn't want to embarrass my self the second time until I get the solution

As far as your heart is in good condition with normal blood pressure, normal cholesterol and triglycerides levels. Then your erectile dysfunction might be physchological.

Watch your lifestyle. You are too young not to be experiencing early morning erections.

Eat heart friendly foods
Eat fruits and vegetables
Avoid junk foods
Drink more water
Avoid or minimize alcohol
Exercise ( cardios and resistance training)


Then for premature ejaculation, it is all in your head. It is a mind game. See sex as a relaxation not as a difficult house chore. Performance anxiety is usually a culprit here. Take it nice and slow. Increase your pre-intimacy. Having sex often can also have a positive effect.
