Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executives

Location: Lekki, Lagos

JOB DESCRIPTION
- To develop new business relationships, identify prospects and follow through till the sale is closed.
- Present the company’s products to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls and emails.
- Meet with clients who needs specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult situation.
- Maintain Client Relationships - maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
- Implement sales plans to increase sales of the company’s products, work in the sales team to drive to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Meet and surpass minimum target sales of the company’s products according to agreed timelines.
- Design/ draft content filled proposals to prospective clients.
- Arrange/design advertising to promote the property(ies)
- Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up effectively with client till closure
- Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.

REMUNERATION: N50k/monthly plus 10% commission on all sales. Apart from the salary and sales commission, the position also comes with attractive weekly, monthly gifts and cash incentives, as described below:
WEEKLY INCENTIVES:
1- Get 1G free data weekly. This priviledge will be cut off after 2/3 months of non-performance.

2-Cash gifts (N5k) for bringing 5 people for site inspection (actual prospects).

3- Free Access to major industry events for networking and leads generation.

MONTHLY INCENTIVES
1- Sell an off-plan property with up to 5M as deposit and get a 1 night stay for 2 All expenses paid.(in a hotel)

2- Sell any of our estates (10m,12m,22m)and get an all expense paid 1night Stay for 2.(in a resort)

3- All Outright sales from 3M upwards comes with an extra cash bonus, apart from regular commissions. The more the outright payment amount, the more the bonus amount).

3 LEVELS OF GIFTS INCENTIVES
(A)Level Steel_Sell 1M and get a pressing iron

(B)Level Bronze - Sell up to N3m and get a microwave

(C)Level Silver - Sell up to N8m and get a standing Gas

(D)Level Gold - Sell up to N10M- N12M and get a Generator

(E)Level Diamonds _Sell N15M_N22M and an Iphone13

Education Requirements
OND/HND holders and BSc holders.

Other Requirements:
At least 1 year marketing experience will give an added advantage.
